Guest can cancel 30 days prior to check in for a full refund. If cancellation occurs 14 days prior, guest will receive a 50% refund. After 14 days and up to 48 hrs prior to check in, the guest can be credited the 50% towards another stay but will have no refund or credit after 48 hrs to check in.
